Meet Sarah Kalasky

Your guide to creating new, positive interactions to replace old destructive patterns. Sarah will help partners practice reaching for each other in moments of distress rather than turning away, and teach how to repair disconnections when they happen.

Your Partner in Relationship Restoration

As an Emotionally Focused Therapist, I guide accomplished couples beyond repetitive conflicts toward deeper attunement and authentic partnership. My approach transforms relationship dynamics from draining to energizing, creating a secure foundation that enhances both individual excellence and shared vision. Together, we’ll decode destructive patterns and cultivate the profound connection that ambitious partners deserve—one that sustains and amplifies your greatest aspirations.

I was born and raised in Metro Detroit and have been married to my husband for 9 years.  We have 4 children between the ages of 3 years old and 8 years old.

My own marriage transformation through EFT ignited my commitment to this powerful approach. Having navigated from disconnect to profound partnership, I understand the courage required to transform conflict into connection. I bring both personal insight and clinical expertise to help accomplished couples become truly unstoppable together. You can maintain individual excellence while building the intimate partnership that amplifies everything you achieve.
